Bryanskenergo successfully implements the repair program in 2015

IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division summed up the implementation of the repair program for 5 months of the current year.

From January to May 2015 the branch spent more than 54.5 million rubles on repair of electric grid facilities of the Bryansk region. All planned activities were implemented in full and on time. In total, during the reporting period specialists of the Bryansk branch of IDGC of Centre renovated two substations of 35-110 kV, 240 transformer substations of 6-10 kV, and 932 kilometres of overhead power lines. The focus was on facilities, where previously defects were identified affecting the performance of the equipment and for which there are appropriate provisions of supervising authorities.

In addition, as part of the repair program 313 hectares of ROWs along overhead lines were cleared.

Total for the year in the service area of Bryanskenergo it is planned to repair eight substations of 35 - 110 kV, 384 transformer substations of 6 - 10 kV, 1,849 km of overhead power lines; to clear 794 hectares of ROWs.

According to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo director Roman Stefanov, the implementation of the repair program will improve the quality and reliability of electricity supply of customers of the Bryansk region, and will greatly contribute to the smooth and stable operation of the power grid complex during the autumn-winter peak loads.
