IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division launched solemnly the construction crew summer season. The opening ceremony took place at Bryansk State Agrarian University (BSAU). Its main participants were students of BSAU that as part of the combined construction crew "Fulcrum" will work at facilities of Bryanskenergo.
Deputy Chief Engineer - Head of Distribution Grids Office of Bryanskenergo Fedor Kapshukov, Head of Office for Youth Policy of the Department of Education and Science of the Bryansk region Maxim Dankin, management and teachers of the university congratulated the young people on the onset of the labor watch. The speakers noted that work in the construction crew provides students with an excellent opportunity in practice to get acquainted with the modern electrical equipment, to integrate into the life of the enterprise, to learn from qualified instructors - specialists of the branch unique experience and skills that will be useful to them in the future. After the end of the opening ceremony for the members of "Fulcrum" a tour of one of the most modern power facilities in the region - the 110 kV substation "Gorodishchenskaya" was organized.
The second construction crew season in Bryanskenergo will last until August 14. Members of "Fulcrum" under the guidance of experienced staff of the branch will participate in the scheduled inspection of power lines and transformer substations, repair of electrical equipment, meter readings, renewing equipment name tags. Bryanskenergo will provide the young people with clothing and branded gear, they will be paid wages.
"The formation of construction crews to work at power facilities of the Bryansk region has been held for the second consecutive year," stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov. "For beginning specialists it is a good opportunity to gain the necessary skills in the process of joint work with power engineers, as well as participate in the All-Russian competition for the title of the "Best students’ crew of the electric grid complex"."
