IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division held another Safety Day.
During the safety day performance commissions in all Distribution Zones checked the condition of premises, in which there are compressors, acetylene generators and battery installations for compliance of the mode of operation of the equipment with the safety regulations. They also verified that all production units of the branch followed the action plan for the organization and holding of the Safety Day. The results of the check revealed a number of shortcomings that will be addressed in the terms set by the commissions.
Special trainings, instructions were worked out with the appropriate personnel of subdivisions of Bryanskenergo as part of the Safety Day. At the training centres organizational and technical arrangements for safe work with the analysis of violations were practiced.
Safety Days are carried out in branches of IDGC of Centre on a monthly basis in order to identify violations and deviations from the requirements of existing rules, regulations, instructions, standards and other instruments for the protection of labour and to take actions to eliminate them. According to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov, the regular holding of Days of occupational safety helps improve the general state of labour protection in all subdivisions of Bryanskenergo, detection of harmful and hazardous working factors, creating a safe environment for staff work.
