Lipetskenergo’s power engineers were thanked for prompt assistance and attention to interests of consumers

Head of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Alexander Konanykhin and at the same time - Head of the administration of the Lipetsk region Oleg Korolev received a letter of appreciation from a resident of the city of Zheleznodorozhny in the Moscow region Yury Tkachenko. The author of the letter with this form of address stressed the importance of interaction between the government and the power industry in ensuring high-quality and reliable power supply to the population of the Lipetsk region.

The reason for gratitude to the heads and workers of Lipetskenergo by Yury was skilled care of professionals of Dobrovsky Distribution Zone in troubleshooting a meter, which could cause a fire. In connection with the stay in the house of a seriously ill patient the restoration work was carried out quickly, without prolonged power outage.

As well as a low bow and sincere gratitude to your staff for their sensitivity to consumers’ problems, clear and immediate solution to their operational issues, human kindness and attention. For Lipetskenergo’s specialists this case was not special, as they usually did their ordinary work. After all, no matter what happens IDGC of Centre’s power engineers are always on duty.
