Belgorodenergo completed the transition to the 13-50 number

IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division completed the transition to a new phone hotline on electricity supply issues at 13-50.

The branch was the first to organize the work of a single short number of hotline on power supply among regional power companies in accordance with the unified Russian system and numbering plan, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. Today, consumers use the 13-50 number to call the power company, as provided by the order of the state agency for "Emergency power hotline".

Additional links were commissioned to transmit calls, a contract for the provision of the number was signed with the Belgorod branch of "Rostelecom". In the next phase mobile operators provided a capability for a short dialing 13-50 number of users of Beeline, MTS, MegaFon and Tele2.

Today, the hotline, working around the clock, receives more than 1,500 calls a day from inhabitants of the Belgorod region. All of them are recorded and entered into a database. You can dial the 13-50 number both with an ordinary landline and mobile phone, from anywhere in the region where there is a link. A qualified operator will help sort out the situation with regard to electricity supply, advise on connection to the grid, metering, or power outages.
