IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division executed nearly 9,000 contracts for the provision of value-added services in 2014


In 2014 Smolenskenergo concluded 8,962 agreements for the provision of value-added services. The most popular services among residents of the Smolensk region were to change, install and test electricity meters, as well as services to perform activities within the competence of clients in the implementation of grid connection procedures.

In 2014 the branch received 5,636 applications for the installation and maintenance of meters. Smolensk power engineers provide services for check, replacement, removal and programming of meters.

325 contracts were signed for the maintenance and repair of outdoor lighting networks. Currently IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division maintains more than 13 thousand lighting fixtures in Smolensk and about 34 thousand lighting fixtures in other municipalities of the Smolensk region.

In addition, in 2014 the company received applications for operational maintenance and repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment, testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment and electrical safety devices, removal of networks, and some others.

Revenues for value-added services in 2014 amounted to 293.4 million rubles, which will be spent on the modernization of electric grid facilities.

In the coming 2015 Smolenskenergo will continue to provide value-added services at the request of customers. Emphasis will be placed on the development of value-added services and optimization of customer service.
