Employees of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division in honour of the anniversary of the company held a rally "10 years together with customers!". December 17, the birthday of IDGC of Centre, all customers who visited the Customer Service Centre (CSC) were given gifts. In addition, throughout the day there a film on the 10-year history of the company was shown.
Customers and partners, who came on that day to the CSC, happily shared the festive mood of employees. They congratulated them on the anniversary of the company and their professional holiday - the Power Engineers’ Day, thanked for quality and timely service.
In the Customer Service Centre residents of the region can apply for connection to the grid of the branch, conclude a contract for the provision of value-added services, obtain necessary information on tariffs for electricity, and give feedback on operation of the electric grid complex of the region. Since the beginning of the year Bryanskenergo’s CSC has been attended by more than 4,500 people.

Without consumers it is not possible to render services, so the power engineers celebrated together with customers both the anniversary of the Company and their professional holiday - the Power Engineers’ Day," said Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov.
