From the beginning of the year the Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre connected more than 1.6 thousand customers to the grid

For eight months of the current year IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division connected 1,688 customers to the grid of the branch, which is 45.8% more than the same period of 2013. Total power of connected electrical installations is 40 MW.

Since the beginning of the year specialists of Kurskenergo concluded 2,283 grid connection contracts with a total capacity of 58.7 MW. 1,842 contracts for a total capacity of 20.0 MW were concluded at the request of residential customers. Another 441 contracts with a total capacity of 38.7 MW were made at the request of legal entities.

One of the largest connected customers in this period is LLC "Renaissance". Total power of its connected facilities is 7.6 MW.

To carry out this technological process IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division constructed in Pristensky district of the Kursk region a new 110/10 kV substation "Revival", the power of which allows to meet the needs of the investor taking into account the long-term development of production.

Head of grid connections of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division Mikhail Filipkin noted: "Kurskenergo constantly improves the connection process to the company’s grid. The time of preparation and issuance of price quotations for grid connection contracts and technical conditions was reduced: from 30 to 10 days - for applicants up to 150 kW and from 30 to 20 days - for applicants over 150 kW. The time of execution of obligations under contracts up to 150 kW was cut from 6 months to 90 days. And the number of grid connection stages was also reduced. These and other measures are aimed at decreasing costs, creating favourable conditions for our customers."
