IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division held a ceremony of awarding structural units of the branch with certificates of readiness for the autumn-winter operation period of 2014-2015. The document, confirming the readiness of units to operate during peak periods, was given to Distribution Zones, specialized services, as well as the group of operational maintenance of substations of the branch.
In preparation for the autumn-winter operation period the specialists of Bryanskenergo performed much work on the implementation of maintenance and investment programs, modernization and reliability increasing of power facilities. Emergency drills with the staff to test the action in emergency response at low temperatures were conducted.
Previously, the readiness of the Distribution Zones and services was assessed by a special commission headed by Deputy Director for Technical Issues - Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division Alexander Kosarim, which included staff from the Office for Environmental and Technological Supervision RTN in the Bryansk region and experts of Bryanksenergo. The experts verified the level of preparation of the units for the winter operation, issued certificates of readiness, based on which the Distribution Zones could get the Certificates.
According to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division director Roman Stefanov, getting the Certificates of readiness by the subdivisions of the branch says that all the structural units are prepared for the winter operation in full and at the proper level.
