For 7 months of 2014 Orelenergo received almost 30 thousand customers

Since the beginning of 2014 IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division received 29,318 calls of customers. Most of the applications refer to the installation, replacement and maintenance of electricity meters, the grid connection procedure, and transmission of electricity.

For 7 months Orelenergo received 3,885 requests of customers on connection to the grid of the branch, 3,434 calls for replacement and installation of metering devices. Specialists of Orelenergo gave 2,529 pieces of advice on electricity grid connection, as well as other issues of the activity of IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division, including the provision of value-added services.

In addition to services for electric power transmission and grid connection IDGC of Centre offers its customers nine kinds of value-added services. Among them is the maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks; operation and maintenance and repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment; reconstruction of power grid facilities in the interests of customers; test and diagnostics of equipment; installation and replacement of metering devices; design and construction of power facilities, works under the responsibility of the customer within the grid connection procedure and others. The most popular of these is the installation and replacement of electricity meters. For this type of work since the beginning of the year the branch has registered 2,672 applications, 1,670 contracts have been performed at the request in 2014.

For this service 228 applications were registered, 210 contracts were executed at the requests in 2014.
