Head of the Krasnokholmsky District Administration thanked Tverenergo for the professionalism

Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division director Andrey Polyakov received a letter from the head of Krasnokholmsky district in which Viktor Zhuravlev thanked power engineers for their assistance and prompt resolution of issues related to the liquidation of consequences of the hurricane that struck the Tver region 2 July 2014.

Please, be reminded that in the afternoon on July 2 torrential rain and hail and squally winds with some gusts up to 15-20 m/s caused power outages to consumers of the Tver region. Power engineers immediately began to address the effects of the bad weather. Tverenergo established operational headquarters for disaster relief. 7 crews of operational and maintenance personnel, provided with all necessary special vehicles, were involved on the territory of Krasnokholmsky district. Thanks to the concerted actions of its employees Tverenergo managed to avoid serious consequences of the lack of electricity. Critical infrastructure of the city and a large part of the population of Krasnokholmsky district promptly got electricity back.
