The investment program of IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo in 2014 will be more than 1 billion 284.5 million rubles (excluding VAT). The level of investment of one of the largest taxpayers in the Voronezh region in the electric grid development of the region remains high and is not less than the investments made in the previous year.
Reconstruction of the substation 35/10 kV "Novaya Usman 2" with changing to the voltage level of 110 kV can be identified among the most significant investment projects in 2014. Its total cost is estimated at 161.6 million rubles. Modernization of the substation "Novaya Usman 2" will improve the quality of power supply of one of the most densely populated areas of the Voronezh region - Novousmansky district, and create an opportunity for new grid connections, including industrial consumers.
Also the investment program of Voronezhenergo this year involves the reconstruction of Substation # 13 "VPI" with the transfer the voltage from 35 to 110 kV. This is the second phase of the largest investment project of the branch in 2013-2014, whose goal is to increase the power output of social and engineering infrastructure of Kominternovsky district of the city of Voronezh. The total investment in 2014 will be about 92.54 million rubles excluding VAT. Please, be reminded that at the first stage Voronezh power engineers implemented the construction of two 110 kV cable lines of XLPE from Substation # 30 "Podgornoye" to Substation # 13 "VPI".
Another large investment project in 2014 is the reconstruction of the Substation 35/10 kV "Tantsyrey" with replacement of transformers 2x2.5 MVA for 2x6.3 MVA. Its implementation will allow for grid connection of the water intake facility "Rostan", which will supply water to the second largest city of the Voronezh region - Borisoglebsk.
Modernization of the located in Central district of Voronezh 110/10/6 kV Substation #20 should also be noted among the significant projects. In the framework of these activities replacement of 2x25 MVA transformers for 2x40 MVA, construction of new 6 kV indoor switchgear and installation of reactors will be performed. The amount of the company’s investment in the modernization of Substation #20 will be 93.5 million rubles.
In addition, under the investment program for 2014 Voronezh power engineers will perform reconstruction of overhead power lines, construction of digital communication channels and other activities necessary to ensure reliable power supply to residents of the Voronezh region.
