For 10 months of 2013 IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division performed 3,207 contracts for grid connection. The total volume of connected capacity was 54.75 MW. During the reporting period the branch received 4,963 applications for connection to the electricity grid. Number of contracts amounted to 4,391.
Among the major grid connection facilities recently are an enterprise to produce toilet paper and paper base for sanitary purposes «Syktyvkar Tissue Group». The facility was constructed in the village of Semibratovo on the site of a gas-cleaning system «Fingo». In accordance with the application the power engineers provided 8 MW to the investor from Syktyvkar. The premises of the Semibratovo plant gets its energy from the substation 110/10 kV Estuary. Low utilization of the feeding centre and the availability of infrastructure allowed to connect the new customer from the same substation without construction of additional overhead lines and transformer points. Thus, the large facility was connected as soon as possible, immediately after the applicant had performed required technical conditions.
The execution of grid connection contracts of a number of enterprises of the industrial park «Novoselki» in the final stage. The substation of the same name was commissioned this summer and is now waiting for their legitimate customers. The plans for the end of the year is to transfer power supply of the plant «Komatsu» from the substation «Seagull» to «Novoselki», to complete the second stage of the grid connection and also to transfer an enterprise of the group «Takeda» to «Novoselki». It is expected that another resident of the park — a logistics centre of CJSC «Tander» — will be connected to the new power centre in December. This company owns a chain of «Magnit» stores. For its facility, it requested 2 MW.
