Voronezh Customer Service Centre received the 25-thousandth visitor

Staff of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division last week solemnly congratulated the 25-thousandth visitor of the network of Customer Service Centres (CSC) of the company. It was a resident of the regional centre Igor Drozdov. On the occasion of this event power engineers gave him gifts to remember.

Igor appealed to the electric grid company for reference, which he needed for the registration of ownership of a land plot. The Drozdovs are expecting a second child, and to make children grow up in a comfortable environment, they plan to build their own home.

«On the phone I was given a detailed consultation, made an appointment, but, unfortunately, for family reasons, I was unable to come at the CSC at the scheduled time,» said the head of the Drozdovs family. «However, its staff did me a service and moved the reception for the next day. I am very grateful to them for their professionalism and courtesy. And then there’s a nice surprise — I was a jubilee customer!»

In the Voronezh region there are four Customer Service Centres that are located in major municipalities: Voronezh, Borisoglebsk, Kalach and Liski. Citizens can apply here for replacement of meters, grid connection to electric networks, grid connection support, etc. Also, these services are provided by Distribution Zones, which are in each of 33 district towns of the Voronezh region. In addition, experts of Voronezhenergo take requests over phone calls, fax, e-mail, via the official website of IDGC of Centre. The direct power line at 8-800-50-50-115 operates around the clock for customers, calling which they can consult on all matters related to electricity supply.

«In our CSCs promotions are systematically carried out aimed at increasing customer loyalty. In the future Igor will have to submit applications for grid connection of the home to the network and to support this procedure, so it is possible that he may again become a participant of one of these events,» stressed the head of the Customer Service Centre Elena Nemirovich-Danchenko.
