In the winter — with no debt!

IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division conducts active claim-related work for accounts receivable collection. During the preparation of the company for the winter the issue of the timeliness of payments for supplied electricity is the most relevant, debt of enterprises can have a significant impact on the preparation of the heating season in the Kursk region.

Since the beginning of 2013 the courts of various instances examined 79 claims of Kurskenergo against debtors, not paying for the electricity consumed. The total amount collected on the claim exceeds 75 million rubles.

One of the debtors whose debt for consumed electricity was charged in the court was LLC «Industrial assembly». In connection with the failure of the customer to follow the terms of the power supply agreement, Kurskenergo was forced to go to court. As a result of the proceedings the Arbitration Court of the Kursk region made the decision to recover from LLC «Industrial assembly» the debt for electricity in the total amount of 11.77 million rubles.
