IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division continues to implement the program of summer holidays and improvement of health of children of employees of the branch. In total this year more than 70 children of Voronezh power engineers at the age from 8 to 15 years will have their rest at children’s summer camps for free and at reduced price. In accordance with the Collective Agreement, the administration of the branch, together with the primary trade union organization, will pay 80% of costs of the employees, amounting to 625 000 rubles.
The branch has always paid special attention to organization of comprehensive and comfortable summer holidays for children of employees. Every year before the season the social relations department works to take requests to purchase vouchers to summer camps.
When choosing a camp employees may have assistance of the enterprise, or choose a holiday destination on their own. The same criteria in selecting destinations is children’s safety, medical care, comfortable living conditions, quality food, and the level of sporting and cultural events as well. The most popular recreational spots for children of Voronezh power engineers have become the camps «Kirovec», «Sun», «Friendship», «Golden Ear», and others. A lot of children were in the camps not for the first time.
According to the head of social relations department of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division Vladislav Lisochenko, the company has always paid great attention to the health of workers and their families. «Voronezhenergo for many years has been practicing the support of their employees and their children in the field of family vacations and recreation, partly paying for trips to health resorts, boarding houses, recreation and retreat centres, and children’s holiday camps. Health and well-being of workers and their families is the key to the successful operation of the company,» underlined Vladislav Lisochenko.
