The event was organized by the Centre of Social Service of Khotynetsky district for social assistance to needy citizens, participants and persons who became disabled as a result of participation in the Great Patriotic War, large families and individuals who have found themselves in difficult situations. It was open to all interested residents of the area.
For those who responded to the call for funds, the organizers arranged a solemn assembly, during which the deputy head of the district administration on social and economic issues, Alexander Ryzhov, thanked the countrymen for their active participation in this vitally important event. A present for the event’s participants was the performance of amateur artists of the District Community Centre.
«The employees of the Distribution Zone are participating in the event „Solace“ for the first time,» says the chief of Khotynetsky Distribution Zone of Orelenergo Vitaly Bondarenko," «but I think in the future it will become a good tradition for us, especially the staff of the Distribution Zone would never pass by someone else’s misfortune and often on their own initiative help those in need.»
