IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held an extended meeting, which was attended by heads of departments and chiefs of district Distribution Zones of the branch. The meeting analyzed the technical and economic indicators for 2012, as well as highlighted the key features of the activity for which the work will be done this year. The meeting was opened by Chief Engineer of Bryanskenergo Alexander Kosarim. He summed up in 2012 on the basic indicators of the branch. Then, for the chiefs of the Distribution Zones round tables on various activities of the company were organized. During the round table discussion «Growth dynamics, proper processing and quality work to resolve complaints from consumers», the participants were looking for options to improve power quality and reduce the number of complaints received by Bryanskenergo. The round table «Timely execution of contracts for grid connection» discussed possible ways to reduce the time required for the branch to provide services on grid connection to customers.
During the discussion on the round table «Improvement of occupational safety and reduction of injury risk», the most common causes of electric injuries were analyzed, as well as measures taken by the branch for the prevention of accidents involving electric injuries.
The round table «Format of the meetings in 2013» was aimed at developing strategies and plans for conference calls and meetings with the chiefs of Distribution Zones.
Meetings with heads of departments and chiefs of Distribution Zones of Bryanskenergo are conducted regularly. In the course of their holding bottlenecks are identified that require careful consideration. Ways of solving problems, which arise in the normal course of business of the branch, are considered.
