Tambov power engineers of IDGC of Centre ensure reliable power supply to consumers

Recently, in the Tambov region staff of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division is focusing efforts on immediate response to the scrapping of the power facilities under the jurisdiction of the branch, because of the shooting insulators on high voltage poles during the hunting season. Such negligence, and in some cases deliberate actions lead to emergency outages and interruption of power supply to consumers.

During the New Year’s holidays, 04.01.2013, at 10:02 a.m. the central control room of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division received a message of a power failure at the 35 kV Conductor “M.Gorkovskaya — Tugolukovskaya”. The duty operator, according to the existing instructions, promptly informed the management about the incident, and a mobile crew left for the place of the alleged interruption.

On the power interruption of the 35 kV “M.Gorkovskaya — Tugolukovskaya” an investigation was conducted, as evidenced by a notice from the district police office. Currently, the malicious person is being identified. According to the estimate to conduct restoration work the amount of damage is about 17 thousand rubles.

Thanks to the coordinated and timely actions taken by staff of Tambovenergo there were no power interruptions of electricity to consumers during the holiday. After the completion of the restoration activities the 35 kV Conductor “M.Gorkovskaya — Tugolukovskaya” was put back into operation.
