IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division together with the newspaper “Zolotukhinskaya Life” held a “hot line” for residents of Zolotukhinsky district of the Kursk region.
During an hour, Deputy Director for development and sale of services of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division Sergey Sevryukov and Head of Zolotukhinsky Distribution Zones Sergey Potapov were answering the questions of concern of the residents related to power supply.
The main themes of communication of the power engineers with the consumers were the grid connection to the company’s networks, street lighting, quality improvement of power supply, and energy conservation.
During the “hot line” the grid connection details, replacement of meters, wires, and energy theft prevention were highlighted.
The power engineers also spoke about the performance of the repair program and program to improve the reliability of power supply, and replacement of outdated meters.
At the end of the event the residents of the village of Buklyata Elena Bryantseva and village of Shurovo of Donsky Village Council Yury Denisov thanked the Kursk power engineers for efficiency in solving issues of energy supply and attention to the rural population.
