Lipetskenergo has connected new customers to its grids

One of the main activities of IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division is connection of new customers to its grids.

In total for nine months of 2012 Lipetskenergo received 3667 requests for grid connection with a total capacity of 133.97 MW. For the same period last year Lipetskenergo received 3014 applications with a total capacity of 200.1 MW.

By October 1, 2012 2040 contract in the amount of 36.26 MW have been executed. Most of them — 1406 contracts — were grid connection of power installations of natural persons.

The largest facility connected to the networks of IDGC of Centre from the beginning was the 110/6kV Substation in Lipetsk with its capacity of 10 MVA of OJSC “Special economic zone of industrial type” Lipetsk", designed to power the manufacturing plant for the production of tires" Yokohama“.

Among the facilities of social value connected to the branch networks in the third quarter of 2012 — Ice Palace in Usman and a new school in the settlement of Lev Tolstoy in the Lipetsk region.

For the implementation of grid connection of the Ice Palace, which was built as part of the federal program “Development of physical culture and sports in Russia, 2006-2015” and the regional program “Construction and reconstruction of social infrastructure in the Lipetsk region for 2010-2020” specialists of Lipetskenergo laid 300 meters of power cable lines (CL) of 10 kV, 8 cable lines of 0.4 kV with a total length of 2 km, pulled 25 meters of overhead power lines (OPL) of 10 kV and installed a new package transformer substation with two power transformers of 630 kVA each. The source of power for the sports complex was transformer substation # 864 of 10-0.4 kV.

The contribution of Lipetsk power engineers in the connection of the new school in the settlement of Lev Tolstoy, in which about 1,000 schoolchildren will gain their knowledge, was the construction of 1.76 km of 10 kV, one kilometer of CL 0.4 — 10 kV and the package transformer substation with two transformers with capacity of 630 kVA. The implementation of these projects became the next contribution of power engineers of IDGC of Centre in the socio-economic development of the region.

Residents of the Lipetsk region can apply for grid connection at Customer Service Centres (CSC) of the branch located in Lipetsk, Yelets and Dankov, offices of Distribution Zones, and at Russian post offices.
