Orelenergo cares about the professional growth of its employees


Maintaining a high level of staff — one of the priorities of the personnel policy of IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division.

During the first 9 months of 2012 Orelenergo spent 2.5 million rubles on vocational training. 547 people improved their skills and were trained in various fields. They include 208 managers, 110 specialists and 229 workers.

The partners of Orel power engineers are “Orlovsky training centre”, UCC “Agrostroy”, OrelGAU and specialized retraining institutions.

— Orelenergo cares about the professional growth of its employees, — says Head of Human Resources of the branch Marina Yakovenko. — Given that in such industries as energy, the development is very fast, it is important for staff to learn new things. This is how the team is built up that is able to efficiently solve tasks, work quickly and effectively, using the latest technologies.

Overall, in 2012 IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division plans to spend 3.4 million rubles on training of personnel. 614 employees of the branch will have their further education and training in various fields.
