IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division offers ten types of value-added services. Nine of them have been mastered by the branch: agreements are concluded, work is done, and services are provided. It is planned to implement the service “Energy audit and energy service”.
The first customer to contact the branch office for a new service was Forestry Administration of the Bryansk region. Now the necessary documentation is being drawn up to support the customer service “Energy audit and energy service”.
For 9 months of 2012 the branch has received more than 6,700 applications from residents of the Bryansk region for the provision of value-added services. As before, most often (6047 times) residential consumers referred to Bryanskenergo. The most demanded value-added service was “Installing and replacing metering devices” — 6013 requests. In second place — “Repair of electrical equipment and networks” — 425 requests. The third — “Support of grid connection” — 137 requests.
Proceeds, received by the branch, to provide customers value-added services, amounted to more than 20 million rubles. These funds will be used to modernize the electric grid of the Bryansk region.
During the reporting period Bryanskenergo registered more than one hundred applications from municipalities of the region. 45 agreements were signed with them for the provision of the service “Replacement of metering devices”, and 24 agreements for the repair of electrical equipment and networks. 30 requests for the service provision “Replacing lamps and fixtures of street lighting networks” were performed.
