IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division constantly improves the level of expertise of its specialists


In 2012, IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division provides training for its employees in all areas of compulsory education — retraining, skills development, safety training and labour protection. In the first half of this year, more than 250 employees of the branch were trained.

In addition, in June, the chiefs of Districts of Electrical Networks (DENs) were tested for their professional skills.

The testing was conducted on-line, a package of tasks was developed by FGOU “Educational and methodical study” of the central office of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and was formed with the participation of experts of IDGC Holding.

Changes in the regulatory and legal framework and the increased need to attract skilled workers made changes in the training of personnel of Tambovenergo. Therefore, much attention was paid to the training of experts on the job.

The concept of professional training of Tambovenergo involves continuous training of all categories, which, in general, contributes to the quality of work, increase reliability of power equipment and ensures uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the region.

Today, innovations come into the energy industry, and annually modern technologies are implemented in the production. Therefore, staff that works in the energy sector is to constantly raise the level of competence, acquire new knowledge and successfully apply it in practice — underlines Head of Human Resources of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division Olga Vyazovova.

The branch also pays much attention to the health of its personnel. Thus, in the first half of the year 249 persons had their psycho-physiological examination. To improve the reliability of professional activity and to keep the health of employees group exercises on the rehabilitation program “Help yourself”, a series of trainings aimed at reducing tensions in professional activities were conducted, the program “Where to get energy for success” with the self-control method “Key” was implemented.
