Chief of Diagnostics Service of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division Svetlana Smirnova awarded diplomas of IDGC Holding for her great personal contribution to the development of the distribution grid complex in connection with the jubilee.
Svetlana Smirnova was born August 9, 1962. She began working in 1984 in the “Galich Electrical Networks” REO “Kostromaenergo” in the service of lightning protection and insulation in the post of Electrician for testing and measurement of category 4. For 28 years she has gone to Head of diagnostics service, which consists of six production sites and the central diagnostics laboratory. She coordinates the work of diagnostics crews in 27 Districts of Electrical Networks of the branch continuously providing them advice and technical assistance. During the work period the power engineer has proved to be a qualified and competent expert, and she has the necessary managerial skills. In 2008, she was awarded Letter of Gratitude of General Director of IDGC Holding. Svetlana Smirnova is now the sole representative of the labour collective of Kostromaenergo, who has received the Diploma of Merit of IDGC Holding.
The second awarded person was Operator operational and technological service of the Grid Control Center of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division Vladimir Zheleznyakov.
Vladimir Zheleznyakov was born August 9, 1952. In April 1976, he started his career in the energy sector in the position of Operator on duty. Working in the energy industry for 36, Vladimir systematically enhances his professional skills. He took part in the installation, commissioning and startup of the operating control panel, in the development and implementation of the routine switching software “TORWIN −12” for the practical work, programs for the calculation of losses in electric networks, actively participated in the process of creation and verification of databases Information of the Grid Control Centre software. He was awarded state, departmental and corporate awards.
At the meeting of the Governing Board, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division director Alexander Glebov congratulated the heroes of the anniversaries with honorary awards, thanked and wished further professional improvement.
