IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held a regular meeting with representatives of large electricity consuming organizations. During the round table, Acting Deputy Director for development and sale of services Sergey Nikologorsky and Head of electric energy delivery Office of the branch Olga Khenkina described the procedure for the conclusion of direct contracts for electricity transmission with consumers.
The power engineers elaborated on the legal basis to establish business contacts between the grid company and customers, and also spoke of the benefits that both consumers and utilities have from such a form of cooperation. This allows to more quickly solve practical problems related to the quality of electricity, restrictions and outages, electric energy metering. Close contact between the grid company and consumers allows to increase the quality of services.
The meeting’s participants received all necessary information on how to sign the contract for the provision of electricity transmission services and guarantees of legal support for the relevant paperwork processing.
According to Sergey Nikologorsky, entering into direct contracts for electricity transmission is provided by the legislation of Russia and is an important factor in ensuring the stability of the relations in the electricity market.
