Smolenskenergo - responsible taxpayer

IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division is a bona fide taxpayer, one of the largest in the Smolensk region.

Only in the first half of 2012 Smolenskenergo transferred to budgets of different levels and budget funds more than 250 million rubles. Particularly the budget of the Smolensk region received funds amounting to 121.2 million rubles, of which 48.9 million — income tax, 63.4 million rubles — tax on personal income, 7.7 million rubles — tax on property and 1.2 million rubles — vehicle tax.

At the same time for the same period more than 1 million rubles and about 128 million rubles were transferred to the municipal budgets and extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation in the form of insurance premium payments respectively. More than 1 million rubles were transferred to the local budget in the land tax.

Fulfilling the company’s obligations to the budgets of different levels allows to fill the revenue part of the regional budget in a timely manner, which ultimately affects the socio-economic development of the region, and the successful implementation of priority projects and various programs.
