Rostov CSC of Yarenergo is 5 years old


August 7, 2007 IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division opened its first Customer Service Centre (CSC). For 5 years of its work it has received over 6000 customers in Rostov.

The Open Doors Day and a meeting with representatives of the branch was timed to coincide with the anniversary date. Specialized professionals of Yarenergo answered all the questions from customers and provided them with detailed information about the company’s services and customer service capabilities, operating in the branch. In memory of the event, each visitor received a souvenir.

Having opened the first customer service center, power engineers created a single window to receive requests relating to issues of power supply and value added services in Rostov district of the Yaroslavl region. Later, CSCs appeared in other district centers — Yaroslavl, Rybinsk, Danilov.

Contacting the customer service center, consumers can apply for technological connection to electric networks and the additional services of the company, leave feedback on the work of power engineers and get advice on energy supply of consumers and the services provided by Yarenergo.

The experience has shown that most customers are interested in issues to be connected to the electricity network of the branch, the installation of meters and implementation of energy efficient technologies. These topics are discussed at round tables, which Yaroslavl power engineers regularly hold on the site of the CSCs.
