Tverenergo has assigned more than 660 thousand rubles on the health program for 2012.
Children of employees of the branch this summer are spending traditionally their holidays in children’s health camps. Under the terms of the collective agreement most of the voucher price will be paid by IDGC of Centre.
36 schoolchildren from 7 to 17 years old are resting in the of summer camps of the Tver region — “Computer Land”, “Rainbow”, “Star”, “Friendship”, “Petrel”, “Daisy”, “Express”, and the children’s camp in Bulgaria — “Rosica- 2”.
The daughter of an engineer-chemist of a site o the diagnostics services if Vyshnevolotsky production base Olga Ivanova is spending her summer for the second year in the summer camp “Friendship”. “The rest is undoubtedly a success. I am glad with the mood of children, who are willing to go to camp and counting days to their long-awaited coming. Children have excellent food, their day is full of interesting classes, competitions, creative activities. Therefore, our friendship with the camp does not stop for two years. It is also important that some portion of the cost of the voucher has been compensated by IDGC of Centre. The employer is concerned not only about the organization of labour, but also about the rest of their employees and their children”, — she stressed.
This summer, three employees of the branch received their vouchers for a family vacation, 8 vouchers were provided to specialists of Tverenergo for their sanatorium therapy. Employees and their family members will be treated in sanatoriums of the Tver region, city of Evpatoria and Belarus.
Within the program of voluntary health insurance (VHI), about 20 employees will have their rehabilitation treatment in the sanatorium “Mitino” in the Tver region.
“Caring for children’s rest — an integral part of the social policy of IDGC of Centre. In health camps and sanatoriums both children’s rest and medical services are organized at a high level. With many agencies we have been working for several years, so we are sure that our children and employees will spend their holidays with a maximum benefit”, — stressed Head of Human Resources Office of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division Sergey Zhirkov.
