The number of requests in the Voronezh branch of IDGC of Centre is increasing

For the first five months of 2012 IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division received more than 23 thousand customer requests that is 3.5 thousand more than the same period in 2011.

During the reporting period, the branch received more than 7.5 thousand applications for the grid connection to the networks of the branch, which accounted for 32.6% of total requests. Most applications from consumers were for technological connection of new facilities (more than three thousand applications) and for power increase (446 applications).

Value-added services of the branch remain to be in demand. In total Voronezhenergo received over 11,000 requests for the provision of value-added services. Consumers were interested in the installation of meters (8.1 thousand applications), services to support the grid connection (174 applications) and the installation of street lighting (160 applications).

"Value-added services this year were introduced by the branch at one of the most prestigious congress and exhibition events of the Central Black Earth Region of Russia - V Voronezh Industrial Forum. For two days of the forum at the booth of the branch specialists of customer relationship management told guests of the forum about the services to support the grid connection and the installation of street lighting. Experts of Voronezhenergo answered questions about reducing the cost of maintenance and repair of equipment, the use of smart technologies for metering and energy saving", - said Head of customer relations Office of Voronezhenergo Sergey Maximov.
