IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division summed up the activities of the department of metrology and quality of electricity for five months of 2012.
This year Bryanskenergo signed an agreement with Federal Budgetary Institution "Bryansk Standartization, Metrology, and Certification Center" to perform calibration of 1896measuring instruments. For five months of this year 690 measuring instruments were tested: 268 working measuring instruments, 253 measuring current and voltage transformers, 169 commercial electricity metering devices. Also, for the past period of the year the calibration of 711 measuring instruments was made, 24 electricity meters were repaired out of schedule.
For five months of this year power engineers of the branch performed periodic checks of power quality in 76 control points. Engineers in quality of Bryanskenergo perform this type of control annually in accordance with the annual schedule of periodic checks of power quality and regulatory documentation requirements. For the measurement of quality of electric power the branch’s experts use domestic power quality analyzers of type "Resource-UF2M". The device has a user-friendly interface, if you enter custom settings you do not need to connect it to a computer. The results of measurements of quality of electric power are generated by the analyzer in the form of a set protocol.
In the 1st quarter of this year Bryanskenergo performed supervisory control of power quality, the power quality compliance certificates were confirmed by the decision of LLC «Certification Centre "of Tula Chamber of Commerce and Industry"».
