Specialists of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held a roundtable discussion on additional services for businesses.
Head of customer interaction Office of the branch Ivan Tikhomirov and chief of marketing and additional services department Irina Nikishina told the meeting participants about twelve kinds of additional services, which currently the branch provides to its customers. The most demanded last year was the service of replacement, installation, testing of electricity meters. 8360 such applications were performed in 2011. The staff of Bryanskenergo explained the representatives of organizations what meters are mandatory to be replaced.
The range of additional services provided by Bryanskenergo is constantly expanding. For example, last year, the branch started to render the service to the population of the Bryansk region on installation, replacement and commissioning of AMR systems. This year the service to support the connection process is being implemented in the activity of the branch. The new service includes the performance by the branch of the obligations of the customer in accordance with the issued specifications provided for in the connection contract. The service can be provided as a complete package or individual parts. The work can also be performed both with the customer’s materials and materials of the branch.
