Specialists of the Customer Service Centre of Smolenskenergo receive thanks from customers

Residents of Smolensk are grateful to specialists of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division for their excellent work. Clients appreciate the professionalism of specialists of Customer Service Centers and their high qualifications. The last thanks, received by the Customer Service Centre in Smolensk, associated with the immediate solving issues of quality of electricity supply.

Regular customer Evgeny Vinnik requested the branch the services on street lighting, technological connection, as well as addressing the issue of quality of power supply. At that time, the request was associated with normalization of overvoltage more than 240 V on two of the three phases. The specialists of the branch quickly eliminated this problem. In his gratitude the customer noted that the issue was solved immediately and attentively and thanked the employees for the performance of all his requests as quick as possible.

According to data for 2011 50,625 people called IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division, which is 69% higher than the previous year. “The demand for services, provided by the branch, is steadily growing and full-time customer service plays no small role. We, in turn, are available as much as possible to respond to consumer issues relating to electricity and help solve them,”- notes Head of the Customer Service Center in Smolensk Irina Eliseenkova.

In the Customer Service Centers and marketing and customer interaction departments of Districts of Electrical Networks, consumers can get the necessary advice on the terms and procedure for connection of their power installations to the electricity grid of the branch, full information on additional services provided by Smolenskenergo and other matters relating to electricity supply.
