IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division told about its additional services


A round table was held in Tambovenergo devoted to the development of additional services, which was attended by heads of municipalities of the Tambov region, representatives of business community, and employees of customer interaction Office of the branch headed by Alexander Demin, journalists of regional media.

Head of marketing and additional services Department of IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division Vera Strygina noted that there is a steady increase in demand for additional services of the branch in the Tambov region, as evidenced by the increasing interest of the heads of village councils and entrepreneurs on this issue.

The participants learned that power engineers provide services for technological connection to the electric grid of the branch, perform construction, repair and maintenance of street lighting systems, testing and diagnostics of power equipment, operational and maintenance of power grids. Design, installation and replacement of electricity metering devices can be called one of the most important socially significant services, which are mostly demanded among residents of the Tambov region. Currently, an increasing number of customers apply for the service to remove networks to the common in use territory. Power engineers explained to the participants of the round table the order and timing of submitting a request, the tariffs for services rendered. During the roundtable the heads of municipalities and businessmen received answers to their questions.

“Such events provide an opportunity for the Tambov region residents to learn more about the modern value-added services, provided by the branch to inhabitants of the Tambov region. A wide range of services affects both the interests of consumers and power engineers. The branch plans to hold similar meetings with individuals and legal entities on a regular basis, which gives a positive effect. The cooperation of consumers and power engineers is going to a qualitatively new level”, — said Head of customer interaction Office of the branch Alexander Demin.
