Procurement activities of Orelenergo in 2011 amounted to more than one billion rubles

In 2011 IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division made 284 purchases of goods and services totaling more than 1 billion rubles. Cost-effectiveness of the procurement activities amounted to about 96 million rubles.

“More than 77% of the total number of transactions was made by open bidding with the use of informational and technical resources through electronic communication channels. This ensures equal competitive conditions for the suppliers of goods and services, allowing energy companies to make the most profitable deals”, — stressed Head of logistics and procurement Office of the branch Sergey Aminyakov.

The volume of purchases in terms of investing activities amounted to 667 million rubles, in terms of the repair program the deals were concluded for 178.2 million rubles, for large transactions — totaling 210.7 million rubles. As a result of competitive procedures the contracts were entered with OJSC “Gridservice” — on construction of a double-circuit overhead power line of 35 kV in the size of 110 kV “Kromskaya-Kutafino”, Federal state unitary enterprise “NZiF” (Nizhny-Novgorod) — for the supply and commissioning within the expansion of the automated electricity metering data collection at Retail Electricity Market, “Elmont” LLC — to perform construction and installation works of two 110 kV power lines to transmit power from Livenskaya CHP of OJSC “Quadra — Generation Company” at the construction of LM2500+G4 gas turbine 31.5 MW and OJSC “Promgasengineering” (Moscow) — for design, survey and construction works on the reconstruction and expansion of ROWs along 10-110 kV overhead power lines.
