IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division summed up the work with its customers. Over the past year 42 178 residents of the Kursk region contacted the Customer Service Centres (CSC) and Districts of Electrical Networks (DEN) of Kurskenergo, which is 54.7% more than in 2010. The increasing number of visitors associated with the regular ongoing activities to inform customers about the services provided by IDGC of Centre, changes in legislation of the Russian Federation.
More than six thousand requests are associated with the process of technological connection to the grid of Kurskenergo, 18 633 — with the provision of additional services. The most demanded additional services of the branch were the modernization and maintenance of street lighting networks, installation and replacement of meters, development of design and estimate documentation for the power supply of new facilities, repair and maintenance of electric appliances of consumers, removal of restrictions on land use — removal of networks, diagnostics of electric grid facilities.
More than 16 000 consumers consulted on various issues related to electricity supply. Moreover, all consulting services for the population remain free of charge.
The main principle of work of specialists of Customer Service Centers and District of Electrical Networks of Kurskenergo is an individual approach to every customer. The priorities of the Office of interaction with customers were and are the continuous improvement of the customer service, ensuring monitoring of services satisfaction provided by the branch, oversight of rapid response of engineering services to requests of consumers.
The effectiveness of this approach is confirmed by the increased number of positive reviews about IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division from the population by 3.4 times compared with 2010.
