An integrated approach to the implementation of repair programs is a priority in IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division in preparation for next autumn-winter period (AWP). In the past few years there has been a regular increase in funding maintenance and repair. In 2012, the branch plans to spend 107 million rubles on repair of power equipment and power lines, which exceeds last year by 5 million rubles.
The most important and socially significant power facilities in the 2012 repair program include the 110/35/10 kV SS “Staroyurevskaya” as well as the 110 kV high-voltage line “Morshansk-2”, “Kirsanov-3” and “Tokarevskaya”.
In general, in 2012 a large amount of scheduled maintenance has been planned for. Tambov power engineers of IDGC of Centre will repair 1.1 thousand km of
73.2 million rubles will be spent on it. More than 8 million rubles is provided for the repair of relay protection and automation, as well as supervisory and technical control. It is planned to spend 25.7 million rubles on repair of industrial and office buildings, vehicles, special vehicles and other pieces of equipment.
Particular attention is paid by IDGC of Centre — Tambovenergo division to the work on ROWs clearing the along power lines off trees and shrubs. In 2012 specialists of IDGC of Centre in the Tambov region are planning to clear ROWs along power line in the area of more than 355 hectares.
“We plan to start major repair work at power facilities in the service area of IDGC of Centre in the Tambov region in April. A qualitatively performed repair campaign allows to reduce the probability of contingencies at autumn and winter peak loads and improve the reliability of electricity supply during the cold season”, — said Deputy Director for Technical Issues — Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre -Tambovenergo division Alexander Zamotay.
