IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division hosted a seminar for deputy heads of Districts of Electrical Networks (DEN) for sale of services and staff of Customer Service Centers (CSC). Issues related to the implementation of new services — installation/uninstallation of one-and three-phase taps to the consumer and the development of services for the installation of measurement and protection unit with one-and three-phase metering devices using materials of the contractor.
Currently, Kurskenergo provides more than 20 types of additional services to consumers. Development of existing and new services is dictated by the increasing demand for additional services from individuals and legal entities: in 2011 more than 24 thousand applications were associated with the provision of additional services.
Regular training workshops can improve professional skills of staff of Districts of Electrical Networks and Customer Service Centers. Employees of the executive office of the branch consult staff of DEN and CSC on pricing, order of conclusion of contracts, registration and processing of customer applications. Employees engaged in additional services are also trained with software, management of documents, they visit trainings aimed at improving the quality of customer service.
