Employees of Bryanskenergo conduct lessons on vocational guidance among high school leavers

IDGC Centre — Bryanskenergo division developed a set of measures aimed at bringing young professionals into the energy sector. Power engineers of Bryanskenergo meet regularly with high school leavers of the Bryansk region, in which they tell students about power specialties.

This time, specialists of customer relationship management Office of IDGC Centre — Bryanskenergo division and representatives of the Youth Council of the division held a class on vocational guidance in the eleventh grade of school # 2 in Bryansk.

The division’s staff told the leavers about the occupation of the power engineer, the power system of the Bryansk region, as well as IDGC Centre — Bryanskenergo division. The students learn about what professions are in demand in the division and in which higher education institutions one can receive specialized education.

According to Head of customer service Office of IDGC Centre — Bryanskenergo division Pavel Tresikov, the division’s staff pays great importance to attracting young people to the energy industry. Employees of customer interaction Office at least twice a year conduct lessons on vocational guidance for high school leavers of the city of Bryansk, which promotes young people’s interest in the utilities industry.
