Voronezhenergo participated in a job fair

IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division took part in the city job fair “Stability and career”. Experts of Human Resources Office of the division consulted on various employment issues.

The event took place in the sports and fitness complex “Shinnik” and was attended by representatives of large enterprises and companies of the regional center. Voronezhenergo presented vacancies at the job fair for the following professions: car driver, lift truck driver and hydraulic lift operator, truck crane operator, electrician for distribution networks operating, electrician for overhead power lines repair, electrical fitter for switchgear equipment repair.

IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division is actively working on the selection of promising and qualified specialists. Since the beginning of the year over 300 people have been taken to work in the division, three of them are graduates of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University, and four were trained in South Russian State Technical University in the city of Novocherkassk.

Head of HR Office of Voronezhenergo Evgeny Novikov noted that work on the staff rejuvenation and consolidation of promising professionals at their workplace, as well as their adaptation to the conditions of work in the division is an important part of the personnel policy.
