IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division has been restoring the power supply interrupted by the natural phenomena since early morning

At 6.57 am on 28 November in the Kostroma region as a result of squally winds with gusts of 11-16 meters per second, blizzards, sleet adhering to the wires a power supply interruption occurred in Chukhlomsky, Sudislavlsky, Ostrovsky, Soligalichsky and Parfenevsky districts.

At the moment about 168 sparsely populated areas are de-energized.

From early morning 34 crews and 36 pieces of special vehicles (snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles) of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division have been restoring the electricity supply. The Company has operating headquarters in disaster relief under the chairmanship of Chief Engineer. Until the end of the day the power supply will be restored.
