Customer Service Center (CSC) of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division in Torzhok has received the four thousandth visitor. The jubilee customer was a churchwoman of the Orthodox parish of St. Nicholas Church, who visited the center for processing the application for technological connection to the grid of the temple complex — Ascension Church 1854 and the chapel. The honourable visitor was congratulated by Head of the CSC Oleg Stepanov, handing flowers and a commemorative gift.
“I called to the CSC on the matter of technological connection. The application was quickly processed by a specialist of the center. Information on the procedure for technological connection is provided in a very accessible and understandable form. I sincerely thank the staff for the expert’s help, courteous behavior, understanding and goodwill ”, - noted the visitor.
Torzhoksky Customer Service Center has been already receiving people for three years. In October, CSC specialists celebrated the solemn date and summarized their activities. In the past period the employees of the Center have accepted more than 7 thousand applications — those requests from the customer were received intramurally and extramurally. 4000 people have applied for the technological connection to the grid of the division, more than 3500 with requests to conclude a contract for additional services. To date, for the convenience of consumers of electricity there also centers in Tver, Bezhetsk, Konakovo and Kimry in operation.
