Young professionals of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division, employed this year, took part in a seminar organized in order to let the youth team get adapted. The activities included familiarization with the Company’s history and its traditions, technical and social policy of IDGC of Centre, prospects of development of its Kursk branch.
Chairman of the Board of Veterans of Kurskenergo Dmitry Bozhak spoke about how the Kursk power grid was created, about people who were directly involved in this, the life of the veteran organization of the branch.
Head of the Youth Council of Kurskenergo Yury Piskun shared information with colleagues on the Council’s activities, achievements, encouraged the young professionals to progressive thinking and active participation in the collective’s life.
Head of perspective development department of productive assets management center of the division Vladimir Voloshin told the young specialists of the retrofit of the existing power grid infrastructure and the creation of new innovative technologies based on the use of modern equipment.
Leading experts of the operator’s training centre of the division Elena Efremova and Ludmila Rusanova spoke about the system of corporate training, software training and legal requirements on occupational safety.
Young specialists have learned about the social guarantees and benefits enjoyed by employees of IDGC of Centre. Head of social relations department Igor Ivanov answered all questions concerning the support of young professionals.
At the end of the seminar, all the participants shared their impressions of the first meeting with their new team, work and mentors.
