More than 230 employees of Voronezhenergo and their family members have had their rest this summer

As part of the company’s social policy in the period from May to September 2011 238 employees of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division with their families have rested on the Black Sea resorts and sanatoriums in the Voronezh region.

More than a hundred of Voronezh power engineers have chosen to spend their holiday on the south coast of Russia. One of the most popular was the settlement of Divnomorskoe near the city of Gelendzhik. The rest of the preferences of employees were divided between Anapa, the Crimea and Abkhazia.

In the city of Anapa power engineers rested in the recreation and retreat center “Elite”. This health center receives adults and families with children for a rest. “Employees of the division have had their rest there for the second year and they are very happy. We plan to continue our further cooperation ”, - said Head of social relations Department, Vladislav Lisochenko.

Particular attention is paid to rest of the younger generation of power engineers. 64 children of the division’s employees have visited the camp “Friendship” in Borisoglebsky district, “Sun” in the city of Kalach, “Golden Ear” in the city of Liski, “Pennant” in the village of Repnoe and “Salute”, which is located in the village of Shuberka.

IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division has also organized a holiday for employees in the most picturesque places of the Voronezh region. Employees of Voronezhenergo have visited the sanatorium after Gorky, Dzerzhinsky and Tsuryupa.

“The efficiency and quality of staff work depends on the summer holidays of the division’s employees. Thanks to the adopted collective agreement much of the cost of vouchers are compensated for employees, which allows to organize summer holidays of power engineers on free and preferential terms. Employees have their medical treated, fully relax and return to jobs with new forces ”- added Vladislav Lisochenko.
