Since the beginning of the year there have been 800 positive feedbacks with thanks from customers addressing IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division that demonstrates a high level of customer service in the region provided by specialists of the division.

Power engineers explain this commitment of the customers with the improvement of the service quality, efficiency increase of execution of the work under applications, attentive care of citizens by the division’s employees, literate and competent answers to questions of interest.

Specialists of the division constantly survey the demand for additional services rendered by Orelenergo. Some contribution to the promotion of new services of the division is given by the implementation of measures aimed at informing customers about the list of services.

Since the beginning of the year 30 thousand customers have called IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division that is more than double the same period last year.

Over 2 thousand applications for technological connection of consumers to the grid of the division have been filled with nearly 5000 applications from the region’s residents for the replacement and installation of metering devices.

Applications of customers come to the division via the Internet reception on the website of IDGC of Center with the 24/7 direct Power hot line at 8-800-50-50-115 (toll free). Residents of the Orel region also apply to the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of the division and the Districts of Electrical Networks.

All words of gratitude to experts of Orelenergo for the quality compliant with all standards, prompt and friendly attitude are listed in the “Comments Book” of the Customer Service Centre and registered in the single information system of SAP CRM. Here are just some of them:
