In accordance with the decision of the regional commission on regulation of social and labor relations IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division has entered the top three companies in the regional round of the All-Russian contest “Russian company of high social efficiency” in nomination “For the development of human resources in companies of production sector”.
The assessment criteria of the contest’s participants were the indicators in the field of human resources management, social programs implementation, development of corporate culture in the company.
In 2011, as in previous years, the granting of privileges, guarantees and compensations under the Collective Agreement has been executed in full. As part of its implementation the employees of Kurskenergo are granted with different types of financial aid: for the birth of a child, marriage, families with many children, when going on vacation, retirement and etc.
One of the most popular types of benefits is a partial compensation for the costs of acquiring vouchers to sanatoriums, boarding houses, rest houses, etc. The collective agreement also provides for children’s benefits to pay for vouchers to sanatoriums and summer camps, and for children from large families, single parent families and families with disabled children the packages are free. From the beginning of the year more than 100 employees of the division have used discounted vouchers, including that 46 children have been medically treated and have rested in children’s sanatoriums and camps.
One important area of social work of Kurskenergo is health care of the personnel. Medical care for the division’s staff is carried out both under the compulsory health insurance, and the agreement on voluntary health insurance.
In 2011 more than 14 million rubles have been spent on the implementation of voluntary health insurance for all employees of the division. All employees of Kurskenergo have the opportunity to receive free outpatient, inpatient, dental, medical services, as well as rehabilitation and recovery, and spa treatments. Since early this year under the voluntary health insurance 45 employees have recovered their health in sanatoriums of Russia.
A special place in the social support of employees of Kurskenergo is taken by the implementation of the Program of occupational retirement (OR) for employees of the Company. OR program is designed to form a system of non-state pension support for employees after leave due to retirement. Currently 328 pensioners receive occupational pension under the OR Program.
Important areas of personnel policy of the division are the continuous training of staff, additional skills training, the basics of industrial safety and occupational health training. For 9 months 2011 1223 employees of the company have been trained and retrained in the educational institutions, 498 people have passed various forms of in-house training.

Thus we provide the motivation of the staff for highly productive labor.
