For eight months of the year IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division has received applications and calls from over 26 500 customers, two times more than for the same period last year.
From the beginning of this year about 2 thousand applications for technological connection of consumers to the networks of the division have been processed, more than 4 thousand applications from residents of the region for the replacement and installation of metering devices have been filed. The division performs constant work to study the demand for additional services provided by Orelenergo. Some contribution to the promotion of new services of Orelenergo is done through implementation of measures aimed at informing customers about the list of services provided. For example, one of the most popular services at the moment in the Orel region is operation and maintenance of electrical networks. It is a set of organizational and technical measures for planned and preventative maintenance of customers’ facilities hardware in good working condition and meeting the requirements of the technical documentation for them during the entire period of operation. It includes: inspection of equipment, control over proper functioning and technical condition, determining the availability for continuous operation, troubleshooting, repair of power equipment in the minimum term, the development of measures to improve forms and methods of maintenance of customers’ equipment. From the beginning of the year over 134 customer s have called the division regarding the performance of this service package.
For today socially relevant and demanded are activities of Orelenergo for installation and maintenance of street lighting networks in settlements of the Orel region. For eight months the company has received 35 applications to improve the lighting of rural and urban streets.
The division has received 325 calls regarding trees cutting, replacing poles and crossovers. Specialists of Orelenergo have provided more than 7000 consultations on the implementation of technological connection to power grids, as well as other matters of the activities of IDGC of Center — Orelenergo division.
