About 47 kilometers of power lines will be constructed and reconstructed by specialists of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo in the recreational areas of the region. The construction of developed recreation areas is an integral part of the regional program “Green Capital”. Recreation areas are located on the banks of rivers, in forests and other natural systems, therefore, the presence of electricity in their territory is a today’s issue.
“In the Belgorod region great attention is paid to improving the quality of life that provides for the possibility of rest in recreational areas with all necessary infrastructure, — said the head of the execution and control of technological connection department of the division, Denis Arzamastsev. — The task of power men is to provide reliable electricity supply to these areas.”
Currently, power men have received 35 applications to connect the recreational areas to the grid in several districts of the region: “Natural boundaries of Yaruga” in the village of Pochayevo, “Natural boundaries of Repyevo” in the village of Veselovskoe, “Zoo zone” and others.
Specialists of Veydelevsky district electrical networks (DEN) have already provided power to the recreational area “Lebyazhye”, and the employees of Belgorod DEN continue to participate in the reconstruction of the family estate of noblemen Mukhanov, built in 1902, and in the creation of the museum complex, “Russian village” in village of Veselaya Lopan. Power men have already connected the building of the estate and museum complex to the grid and installed new networks of street lighting.
In the reconstruction and construction of networks the most modern technologies are used that are reliable, easy to use, resistance to environmental impact — self-supporting insulated wire and modern energy-saving lighting fixtures. It is projected that by 2014 the region will have created 188 recreation areas, where both residents of the region and visitors of the region will spend their free time.
