Kostroma Power men actively introducing additional services

IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division actively works on the development of additional services that accompany the main type of business — the delivery of electrical energy and technological connection to the division’s grid. Revenue from the provision of additional services for seven months amounted to 17.3 million rubles, or 44.3% more than during the same period of 2010. The proceeds from the sale of additional services are spent on the modernization of equipment of the electric grid of the Kostroma region.

There is significant increase of interest of representatives of municipalities and legal entities to the services provided by the division regarding repair, control and maintenance of street lighting, electrical grid of 110/0,4 kV and transformer substations. For seven months of this year 91 applications for long-term contracts were received from the above mentioned representatives, which is 3 times higher than last year. As a result, IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division took 3263 lamp fixtures and 140customer transformer substations for operation.

One of the promising areas in the development of additional services is still replacement, installation, and inspection of electric energy metering systems. For seven months of the year 6 701 contracts in the amount of 5.6 million rubles were concluded in this area.
