To inform customers about additional services offered by IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division a meeting was held with individuals on the presentation of the activity of the division.
During the event, organized on the premises of Dankovsky Customer Care Centre (CCC) of the division, the specialists of the Customer Relationship Office told the audience about the services and the procedure of their provision. Among the additional services provided by Lipetskenergo under contracts are advice on energy saving, calculation of losses, creation of sheets of electrical energy consumption for the period under review, testing high voltage equipment, electrical protection tools, preparation and issuance of duplicate documents on technological connection.
Totally for 2011 Lipetskenergo signed 13 817 contracts for the provision of additional services. Out of them 12 747 contracts were related to installation, replacement, check of electrical energy meters, single and three phase units, 994 contracts were for the preparation and issuance of duplicate documents on technological connection. The remaining 76 contracts were made for a long-term operation and maintenance, repair and commissioning of power lines and transformer substations.

Since 2011, specialists of Lipetskenergo perform testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment, transformer oil regeneration, integrated energy saving measures. For this purpose services may be provided as a complete package or individual parts, »- said the Head of customer interaction Office of Lipetskenergo, Yuri Karikh.
